Everything is composed of a poly-resin material other than the glass globe itself. The globe itself is 4 inches in diameter. The entire piece sits at 5 inches tall, and weighs almost 2 pounds. It also contains Red Snow over your typical white giving a more sinister feel. The entire piece has a great size, weight, and sturdy structure. So this piece is definitely built to last.
